Together we can improve our Professions standing and reputation, as well as have a better standing, if needed, in our legislation.
Our goals are:
To propose and support any legislation and rule change that will benefit the professional process service industry.
To combat any legislation and rule change that may be detrimental to the professional process service industry.
To establish and maintain a personal, professional and ethical standard for the professional process service industry through the promulgation of Canons of Professional and Ethical Conduct for Professional Process Servers.
To improve relations between the professional process service industry, the legal community, the courts and the general public, locally, nationally and internationally.
To establish and support professional process server education and training programs.
To establish and promulgating standards of practice for the professional process service industry.
As a member of the Arkansas Professional Process Servers Association you will join an association of leaders in our profession. As ARPPSA members, we have all agreed to abide by the ARPPSA Bylaws and Code of Ethics.
